Keith WashingtonChief Executive Officer
Keith brings extensive experience in the healthcare, telecom and warehouse logistics industries to Green Cubes with over 20 years as a President or CEO with both public and private companies. Keith has been fundamental in defining Green Cubes as a power systems partner with a commitment to innovation, quality and reliable performance over time. Prior to Green Cubes, Keith served as CEO at TVR Communications, an award-winning interactive patient systems provider based in New York City. Prior to that, Keith was co-founder and president of Flo Healthcare, a leader in point-of-care technologies, that was eventually sold to Emerson. Under his leadership, Keith fostered a relationship with Green Cubes as Flo Healthcare’s preferred battery power supplier for its mobile workstations. Keith has been awarded a number of utility patents in the mobile workstation category over the years. Keith has worked with LXE, now part of Honeywell, as a senior executive on a team that developed Auto ID technologies for warehouse applications. Additionally, Keith was a senior executive with EMS Wireless, a provider of telecom equipment for cellular base stations. Keith has a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and an MBA. In addition, Keith serves on a number of non-profit boards, including Companions in Courage, to help connect hospitalized children with their family, friends and heroes by creating interactive playrooms and other healing environments Additionally, Keith serves on the board of CYT Atlanta, a youth theater and arts education program.
Mohammed AlobaidiChairman and Chief Strategy Officer
Mohammed started on his journey at the company in 1994 working in the manufacturing operation in Malaysia. He worked his way up the organization with roles in product management, manufacturing, quality, business development and VP of Technology to eventually become General Manager of the Power Division. In 2007, he led a management buyout to become owner, President and CEO and he rebranded the company as Green Cubes Technology. Under his leadership, the company expanded global facilities in Taiwan, Malaysia and India and focused on key customers in key verticals to become an industry leader in Lithium battery power technology innovation. As his career and the company progressed, he worked with OEM partners in a variety of industries such as Mining, Automotive, Medical, Telecom, Data Centers, Electric Vehicles and Materials Handling. In 2019, he served as Chairman and Chief Technology Officer, and focused on raising additional capital to fund the accelerated growth of the business. This resulted in securing investment capital from JMC Capital Partners. Today, Mohammed serves as Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer to establish the company’s strategic long-term direction as a power technology innovation leader in key industrial markets. He continues his passion to make Green Cubes a market share leader in our vertical markets and create value through defining the strategic vision to deliver on the promise of the Power to Perform. In addition, he has started the Alobaidi Foundation to help social and commercial entrepreneurs build great businesses that give back to their communities. Mohammed has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Bradley WhiteChief Financial Officer
Bradley has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience with multi-national publicly held entities in a wide range of industries. Bradley has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in accounting from the University of Alabama and was licensed as a CPA in 1995. Bradley grew up in Birmingham, Alabama where he earned his Eagle Scout and developed his love for football.
Mike DavisChief Revenue Officer
Mike is a technology sales leader with demonstrated success in developing and leading commercial teams in the information technology industry, as well as the advanced battery and rechargeable systems marketplace. Most recently Mike lead a multi-functional team of 25 sales, engineering and customer support professionals for Dell Technologies at one of Dell’s largest customer partners, Ford Motor Company. Prior to Dell, Mike spent over 20 years in the advanced battery technology and rechargeable systems market where he worked at Gates Energy Products, Panasonic and International Components Corporation (ICC and ICC Nexergy) through a progression of roles. He scaled International Components Corporation (ICC) from an early stage OEM battery charger manufacturer to a leader in rechargeable systems that eventually became Inventus Power. Additionally, Mike lead ICC’s merger and acquisition search function that resulted in four significant acquisitions; Texas Instruments’ Battery Module Business, Elpac Power Supplies, Nexergy and Applied Power.
Jennifer PaytonChief Performance Officer
Jennifer provides over 20 years of experience in establishing internal and external performance objectives with a specific focus in operations, supply chain management and continuous improvement. Jennifer has dedicated 16 years of her career supporting Green Cubes. Jennifer has experience with Bose Corporation as the Operations Manager for North American Customer Repair where she oversaw daily operations, strategic objectives, lean project management and people management initiatives. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Vanderbilt University.
Jeffrey VanZwolChief Marketing Officer
Jeffrey brings over 25 years of executive Marketing and Product Management experience in telecommunications, healthcare, power and battery markets. The range of experience includes custom-engineered solutions for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), as well as standard products for Fortune 1000 enterprise customers. Prior to joining Green Cubes, Jeffrey was responsible for product strategies and program management at Capsa Healthcare, the world’s leading manufacturer of powered medical workstations. Prior to that, Jeffrey was a senior Marketing executive at Inventus Power (formerly ICCNexergy) and Micro Power Electronics, where he managed Marketing, Product Management, Application Engineering and Business Development functions. Jeffrey was instrumental in the merger of ICCNexergy and Palladium Energy to form Inventus Power, the largest battery pack manufacturer in North America. Additionally, Jeffrey was critical in developing Micro Power as the market share leader in medical li-ion battery market. Jeffrey has Masters of Business Administration from McGill University (Montreal) and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Saint Francis Xavier University (Nova Scotia).
Joe RichardsGeneral Manager, Industrial OEM Division
Joe currently serves as General Manager of the Industrial OEM Division focused on mobile workstations, ground support equipment electrification and integration of IoT and RTLS for OEM partners. Joe joined Green Cubes in 2013 working as a Senior Systems Engineer. In this role, Joe worked with Global Engineering and Production Teams to bring lithium powered systems and charging solutions to the medical, industrial, materials handling, light electric vehicle and telecom markets. Prior joining Green Cubes, Joe worked for Delphi Automotive as a Senior Systems Engineer where he delivered results in program management, system integration, hardware design, software testing, CANBus communications and product reliability engineering. Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
Tony CooperGeneral Manager, Motive Power Division
Tony serves as General Manager of Motive Power Division focused on power for a variety of fork lift, AGV, personnel carrier, pallet jack, and other Materials Handling Equipment (MHE). Tony and his team continue to work on a variety of electrification projects to provide clean, safe, and environmentally friendly technology. Tony joined Green Cubes in 2012 as Vice President of Engineering with a demonstrated history of working in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. Skilled in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), systems engineering, manufacturing, root cause analysis, and lean manufacturing, Tony helped establish Green Cubes as a leader in Lithium battery power. Prior joining Green Cubes, Tony worked with Green Cubes as a supply chain partner while working for Delphi as Engineering Group Manager and leading a team of engineers in development of telematics, audio and infotainment systems for Japanese automotive OEMs. Tony has a BSME focused in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
